McPhee Distribution Services Facility

Our bread & butter is large industrial & this 30,700m² warehouse for Vaughans was right down our alley. With a built area that includes three office spaces totalling 600m², 12,600m² of heavy duty concrete pavement, 27 roller doors, ten loading docks, a 3,500m² bitumen carpark and a 34 metre-wide super canopy, we were thrilled to be a part of this project.
