Kaufland / Chemist Warehouse

A huge $459m project that was cancelled halfway through was finally finished for DHL for leases the facility to a third party supply chain business. Overtaking the CEVA Logistics warehouses as the largest in Victoria, the Kaufland facility was a temperate controlled 120,000m2 building including a large office and separate freezer building. Built during the COVID lockdowns as an essential service the project is a feature of the logistics hub in Merrifield.
